While we strive to provide high-quality guidance, we do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes. Our services are advisory and designed to enhance your skills and prospects.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services.
- Adhere to scheduled appointments and notify Crescendo Careers in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling requests according to our cancellation policy.
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during all interactions with Crescendo Careers staff.
- Understand that the success of our coaching depends on your active participation and commitment.
4. Payment and Fees
Details regarding pricing for our services will be provided upon inquiry or through our booking system. All payments for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Crescendo Careers reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect services already paid for.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice prior to a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may incur a fee or forfeiture of the session, at the discretion of Crescendo Careers.
- No-shows for scheduled sessions will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, as well as any materials provided during coaching sessions, is the property of Crescendo Careers or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without the express written permission of Crescendo Careers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crescendo Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crescendo Careers and its employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
